Sydney Saké Society's Inaugural Event!

The Sydney Saké Society invites you and your friends to our inaugural event, a six-course degustation dinner with matching saké on Thursday 31 August, at HaNa Ju-Rin in Crows Nest.

Highly acclaimed second-generation master sushi chef, Tomoyuki Matsuya, aka Matsuya-san, will take you on an unforgettable culinary journey as he prepares six mouthwatering dishes expertly coupled with
saké sourced from the best sake breweries in Japan.

This occasion will not only commemorate our launch: we will also celebrate the 35+ year sister-city relationship between Sydney & Nagoya with a special kagami-biraki (breaking of the
saké barrel) ceremony and an exclusive opportunity to taste some of the best saké from both cities.

There will be many door prizes to help celebrate this occasion, kindly provided by our generous sponsors at Hassett Lee & Co Lawyers, S
akéshop and Ippin saké.

Tickets are strictly limited so don’t miss out on this opportunity to celebrate with us while enjoying an exquisite fine-dining experience lovingly prepared by master sushi chef, Matsuya-san at HaNa Ju-Rin.

We look forward to welcoming you and your friends on Thursday 31 August!
